Cancellations
At Curelink, we are committed to providing our patients with high-quality care programs, designed to support them throughout their wellness journey. Due to the nature of our services and the personalised care we provide, all purchases of the CarePlans are final and we have a strict no refund policy. We invest significant resources into tailoring our care programs for each individual, which means we are unable to offer refunds once the care plan payment has been made and the plan has commenced, there is no provision for a refund.
Refund in case of miscarriage
Only in the exceptional circumstance of miscarriage, we warrant special consideration. In such a case, a partial refund is considered after a thorough review of the case.
Deference
We do understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are willing to work with you to accommodate your needs. In certain cases, plans may be deferred for a limited period, subject to a mutually agreed-upon arrangement. To discuss the possibility of any special case or deferring your care plan, please contact your assigned care provider, health coach, or dietitian at your earliest convenience.
